By accessing or using CrewSync ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CrewSync is a field service management platform that helps businesses schedule jobs, dispatch technicians, track GPS, create estimates and invoices, and process payments. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must create an account to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You may invite team members (technicians, office staff) to your company account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and your team members' accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the Service infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access the Service except through documented APIs
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Payments and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
• Free trials convert to a free plan or require a paid subscription to continue using premium features

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by CrewSync and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your business data (customer information, job records, etc.) remains yours. You retain all rights to your data and may export it at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

CrewSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
